Only from the city center, the prime location of the hotel ensures that guests can quickly and easily reach all places of interest. With its prominent location, the hotel offers easy access to the must-see destination in the city.

The reception was very friendly with the presentation of activities, restaurants and various information. The facilities and services provided by Intercontinental Mauritius Resort were excellent. Very spacious room with sea view, terrace, large bathroom with shower and bath, small fridge, king size bed. Hotel benevolence has been caring for the sake of maximum comfort with flat screen televisions, whirlpool bathtub, non-smoking rooms, air conditioning, and desk in some rooms.

Staying at this beautiful property, we can enjoy 24-hour room service, free WiFi in all rooms, 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, Wi-Fi in public areas. Throughout the day I could enjoy the soothing atmosphere of the hot tub, private beach, fitness center, sauna, golf course.

The restaurants are elegant and tasty be it the Noble House – Asian – or the Senseo – Mauritian. The chefs are attentive, attentive and the service is outstanding. The restaurant’s Noble House and Segala are delicious, and there is a real effort in the presentation. Of course, Indian Veda Restaurant was excellent.

The meals are varied, and there is something for everyone. Enough to seduce all tastes from Mauritian, Indian, Asian, Italian, Hamburger, fish, meats, cheeses, fruits, loaves of bread, many desserts, everything was brilliant! A simple snack buffet lunch would be ample. Snack bar by the pool was very nice, filled with memorable moments.

At the time of the meal, a request to put you on the left side of the restaurant mounted on stilts – it’s magic! The real highlights of the hotel are the overall staff and the à la carte restaurant Veda. The staff from all over restaurants, hospitality, spa, room staff, are always listening, really sweet and very smiling without a false note.

Facilities and Leisure | MacroTraveller
The hotel offers different entertainment every night, and this is quite entertaining, mainly for children. For entertainment, it changed every night, fire eaters, belly dancing, Bollywood dancing, and dancing Sega (islands of the Indian Ocean) musical groups.

The quality of the gardens maintenance, the buildings, and the entire resort was impressive. The beaches are beautiful and the pools suited for everyone. The beach is gorgeous but never misses out on corals (sea shoes). Small + pool at the bottom of the resort is heated. Small – this is an artificial beach.

The setting is beautiful, relaxing and offers beautiful sunsets. During my stay, I had the opportunity to rent bikes to visit beautiful beaches not far from the beach. Even I tried Water Sports: Water skiing, snorkeling, kayaking, pedal boats and glass-bottomed boats. I enjoyed my time at the beach.

The spa was very nice: sauna, hammam, and Jacuzzi! Additional massages are available. The gym quite well equipped, too. When you are looking for a comfortable accommodation in Mauritius Island, make InterContinental Resort, Mauritius your home when you are on holiday.

A big thank you to all the staff and the entire team, Intercontinental which has helped to make my trip even more exceptional. Everyone is welcoming, smiling and above all very attentive to the customer. #MacroTraveller will be back soon!
