If you are wandering around Koramangala near Forum mall then I am pretty sure, Punjab Grill – Gourmet Fine Dining Restaurant might be on your wish list or you already being there.  I’m a die-hard fan of Punjabi food and love Punjabi cuisine more than any other cuisine. Boasting of its authentic flavors, Punjab Grill nestled in the busy, bustling streets of Koramangala 7th Block, and it is a typical North Indian restaurant.

Punjab Grill has a grand lion as the logo is, the ambiance is equally classy. And food is delicious and trend setting. One of the most remarkable thing about Punjab Grill is its menu, lot of their signature dishes are all expertly crafted.

The look of the place is more subtle and modern which adds to its class. A variety of dining spaces is spread all over the restaurant. 4J2A5323I started with the Paneer Multan, where the finely layered paneer was coated with subtle spices, wrapped in a golden marinade and tandoor cooked. It was soft and splendid to taste.

4J2A5321The Beetroot Peanut Tikki is a tempting ruby red colored beauty interestingly done with peanut butter and cheese stuffing. It’s an excellent recipe

4J2A5353Murgh Malai Tikka, boneless chicken tikka prepared with a Malai marinade, tandoor cooked to perfection. I didn’t have it, but as suggested by my fellow bloggers,it was great.

4J2A5332A recipe which is entirely spice-packed, flavourful and an aromatic starter. Chaamp Taajdar is tender lamb chops mixed in with a range of flavors and charcoal grilled. It was a “Star Dish.”

Tandoori Pomfret My fellow bloggers enjoyed it,They said it was soft and tender which had its wow-factor and the flavor punch.

4J2A5355Main Course!

I started with one of the most sought after North Indian dish; Sarson da saag. It tasted so great that it was way beyond my expectations. This was paired with the Makki di roti. My friends went with Murgh Lababdar. Juicy and spicy mutton chops and the finest lamb minced were perfectly spiced up and cooked to perfection.
