4J2A5319Signature Series Feast!

4J2A5323I started with the Paneer Multan, where the finely layered paneer was coated with subtle spices, wrapped in a golden marinade and tandoor cooked. It was soft and splendid to taste.

4J2A5321The Beetroot Peanut Tikki is a tempting ruby red colored beauty interestingly done with peanut butter and cheese stuffing. It’s an excellent recipe

I enjoyed the Dahi Ke Kebab too, it was excellently done with a crisp outer layer and melting stuffings of pepper and hung curd inside.

4J2A5353Murgh Malai Tikka, boneless chicken tikka prepared with a Malai marinade, tandoor cooked to perfection. I didn’t have it, but as suggested by my fellow bloggers,it was great.

4J2A5332A recipe which is entirely spice-packed, flavourful and an aromatic starter. Chaamp Taajdar is tender lamb chops mixed in with a range of flavors and charcoal grilled. It was a “Star Dish.”

Tandoori Pomfret My fellow bloggers enjoyed it,They said it was soft and tender which had its wow-factor and the flavor punch.

4J2A5355Main Course!

I started with one of the most sought after North Indian dish; Sarson da saag. It tasted so great that it was way beyond my expectations. This was paired with the Makki di roti. My friends went with Murgh Lababdar. Juicy and spicy mutton chops and the finest lamb minced were perfectly spiced up and cooked to perfection.

4J2A5369Daal was simple; a simple dish is not a simple matter! Daal preparations at most exceptional, very creamy and rich which went very well with the rotis and Jeera Rice.

4J2A5368Some of the signature cocktails that are there include – Kahva Lemon Ice Tea, Old Fashioned Chai, Tarbooz Booze, Aam Panna Margarita, Paan & Gulab Martini, Angoori Nasha and Kaala Chasma.

Here are some of the mocktails that I ordered!

Indian desserts are always DOPE; Gulab Jamoon to a whole new level. Well, the day would never end without consuming desserts. They dish was done three ways; Gulab Jamoons filled with: Pistachio, White Chocolate with Honey & Almonds and Nutella!

Every Jamun bite just melted in the mouth. Next, I tried Kulfi Falooda, a unique one, plate kulfi’s served with pistachio and almond shaving and noodles.

4J2A5394I ended the meal with a paan shot, and I found a new favorite fine dine. Authenticate Punjabi Cuisine, Royal ambiance, and delicious dishes gives you gourmet fine Dining experience which never goes wrong. MacroTraveller highly recommends Punjab Grill for Punjabi and Mughlai feat.
