Nazaara – Rooftop Lounge in Courtyard by Marriott Hebbal, Bengaluru 

Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal has launched its much-awaited rooftop restaurant Nazaara. Promoting North West cuisine and innovative cocktails, this outdoor venue offers a stunning view of the Bengaluru skyline and the Nagavara Lake and is all set to be the most favored destination for Bengaluru’s glitterati. It’s the perfect place to be at a party or host one along with friends in the evening. Nazaara includes; an exclusive private dining area and a beer tasting room, along with unique micro-brewery. The lounge also offers an extensive selection of international wine-by-glass menu, unique cocktails and an array of delectable North-West Indian cuisine catering to the eclectic tastes of guests.

Guests are welcomed to Nazaara by the dedicated receptionist who would help with the reservation. You can see the charming hallway that leads to dining sections and lounge-bar.

Private Dining– This place has been set up for those looking to have a private conversation over a great dinner.  The interiors have been set up elegantly, and it can accommodate around 20 guests.

Common Dining– Another beautiful setup place that allows a small group of guests to dine-in. Tables are allowing 2-6 guests to sit across and high-rise community table for 10-12 guests can be dining together.

Lounge Bar– The highlight of Nazaar is the lounge-bar section just outside the indoor dining area. It has the best possible bar-counter in the city that allows the guests to enjoy a drink while the natural breeze flows across.

Delicious Food!

The place serves some fantastic dishes from the North Indian cuisine. MacroTraveller tried vegetarian dishes and wholly enjoyed. My friends who eat non-vegetarian food enjoyed the Biryani. The taste of every dessert was just perfect, and all of them had the right amount of sweetness.

Non-Vegetarian

MURGH KALMI KEBAB – Chicken drumsticks marinated with whole Indian spices, fenugreek leaves and cooked in clay oven.

SHIMLA MIRCH MURGH RESHMI SEEKH – A fine blend of chicken mince, with cardamom and fenugreek, skewered and finished in clay oven.
GILAWAT KE KEBAB – Lamb minced patties smoked with cloves and ghee, a specialty from Lucknow.

TANDOORI MAHI TIKKA – Red snapper cubes, roasted garlic and yellow chili, yogurt, mustard oil.

Vegetarian

BADAM AUR KESAR MALAI TIKKA – Cottage cheese cubes, marinated with yellow chili, cheese, finished in clay oven.

KHUMB GALOUTI – A fine blend of minced mushroom, mace and whole Indian spices, smoked, and pan-fried.

TANDOORI ALOO ANGARA – Stuffed potatoes marinated in tandoori masala, cooked in clay oven.

ALOO AUR MASALA MOONG DAL SHAMMI – A fine blend of masala moong dal stuffed in potato and pan-fried.

BHUNNE BHUTTE AUR MIRCH KA SHORBA – Toasted sweet corn and fresh mint soup.

Main Course

Non-Vegetarian

NALLI NIHARI – Slow cooked lamb with bone marrow in brown gravy, a traditional dish from Lucknow.
MURGH AWADHI KORMA – Succulent leg pieces cooked in fine Awadhi spices, flavored with mace and saffron.
JHEENGA TAKA TAK – Tiger prawns cooked with roasted peppers and onion and flavored with homemade spices.

Vegetarian

KHUMBANI KA KOFTA – Cottage cheese and apricot dumpling simmered in brown onion and cashew gravy.
BHUNA SAAG – Spinach and fenugreek leave tempered with garlic and onion seeds.
SEENGDANA ALOO – Marinated baby potatoes, cooked with onion and peanut tempered with cumin and curry leaves.
DAL LUMBINI – Whole black urad dal, kidney beans, moong dal cooked overnight and finished with butter and cream.

Rice and Biryani

MURGH DUM BIRYANI – Overnight marinated chicken and rice cooked with Awadhi spices.
GOSHT DUM BIRYANI – Aromatic rice preparation with mutton and Indian spices in dum pukht style.
