Waters Edge Cafe!
Overlooking our 27,000-square-foot pool, Waters Edge Cafe serves dishes from a variety of culinary traditions and a weekend buffet that is the talk of the town. The eatery can accommodate up to 220 people and is open 24/7. Reservations are available in the air-conditioned interior or on the pool deck.
The Water’s Edge Cafe at the Radisson Blu Temple Bay is a feast both for the taste buds and to the eyes. The decor was excellent with attention-grabbing interiors. The charming café overlooks the infinity pool. The menu is diverse and has something for everyone and every palate. There are a weekend lunch and dinner buffet which is worth striving. Try their kebabs that melt in your mouth, same the Murgh Malai Kebab, or go with their quality steaks. Despite the fact that the staff is friendly, the service is a bit slow. Overall, a great dining experience.
Quick Bites are Chicken Tikka Pakoda, Aloo Mutter Samosa, Vegetables Pakoda, Cashew Onion Pakoda, Mini Idli and fried Potatoes all were good. Pasta, burgers, and sandwiches were good too. Don’t miss desserts.
The Wharf! Inspired by the five great elements Space, Fire, Air, Water and Earth.
The Wharf, located in one of the excellent resorts in the city, is fine dining place with a very casual and chilled-out decor. The restaurant offers a broad range of Indian and Continental food from their extensive multi-cuisine menu. This is a spot for somebody who has that deviation for grilled and smoked food. The Maritime Bar menu offers a collection of drinks and spirits along with delicious finger licking food. The main highlight of this place is the gorgeous sea-facing outdoor seating area which provides pleasure to the eyes of the diners. The Wharf is considered to be one of the best multi-cuisine restaurants offering an amazing and beautiful ambiance and mouth-watering food.
Lately, The Wharf has renovated its menu — romances through the ages fill its pages along with food offerings. It previously had the tandoor and lava grills, chicken, imported meat, seafood, including Norwegian salmon and vegetarian combinations. The meats served with homemade rustic slices of bread, balsamic dip, salads and crinkle-cut potatoes. Daastaan E Kumbh is, particularly for mushroom lovers. Each delicious mushroom is filled with cheese, spice and herb mixture and is cooked in a clay oven to add an earthy touch. Then, there’s always space for desserts. Go for an exemplary, so you get a bit of everything and can order a bit more of what you like yet again.
The Wharf restaurant is fantastic with cool Jazz music and a magnificent view of the sea. I enjoyed very minutely there, and I highly recommend Radisson Blu Resort Temple Bay, Mahabalipuram. MarcoTraveller will be back!
